The foundation for Nordland Construction was laid in 1988 in Germany, when Oliver List earned a master carpentry degree after 3 1/2 years of schooling and practical training. In 1994, Sven List earned a degree in metal forming technology. The List brothers formed Nordland Construction in Wasilla, Alaska in 2001.

Now, with over 25 years combined experience in the building industry, Nordland Construction clients can always expect the highest quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service and a finished product that guarantees satisfaction.
